Once the purchase is complete, the digital ticket is available in the app and must be activated by the user before boarding the means of transport. Activation (done with a tap directly in the app) is the only action required to make the ticket valid for inspection. It is not necessary to perform a separate validation or scan codes upon boarding (as is the case with other public transport apps).

• Tickets for the urban services of Tpl Fvg: The ticket is valid for 60 minutes from the moment of activation and allows for unlimited rides within the urban network of the selected city (Trieste, Gorizia, Monfalcone, Grado, Udine, Lignano Sabbiadoro, Pordenone). On Sundays and public holidays, the validity is extended to four hours. It must be purchased before boarding and activated at the beginning of the journey.
• Tickets for the extra-urban services of Tpl Fvg: The ticket is valid only for the purchased route and allows a single journey to the chosen destination. It must be purchased before boarding and activated at the beginning of the journey.
• Tickets for the cross-border services of Tpl Fvg: The ticket is valid only for the selected route and allows for a single journey. It must be purchased before boarding and activated at the beginning of the journey.
• Tickets for the maritime services of Tpl Fvg: The ticket is valid only for the selected route and allows for a single journey. It must be purchased before boarding and activated at the start of the journey.
• Train tickets for Trenitalia’s regional service: The ticket is valid only for the route and time purchased and allows for a single journey. Activation is automatic at the time of purchase. In the case of a combined journey with buses or motor ships of Tpl Fvg, the ticket for the Tpl Fvg route must be activated manually.
